Savvy Seniors is a welcoming midweek meet-up for adults looking to stay social and engaged. Each week offers a relaxed mix of activities like games, creative projects, and special presentations, along with time to connect over light refreshments. 

Held Wednesdays from 1:00–3:00 PM at the DuPont Community Center, this program runs through March 2026 and is open to all seniors seeking community.

Stay Active & Independent for Life (S.A.I.L.)

January 12 - February 2, 2026

10:00 AM – 11:00  AM

This strength, balance, and flexibility fitness class is designed for adults 65+ and focuses on fall prevention and overall wellness. Led by a certified S.A.I.L. instructor, participants will engage in safe and effective exercises to improve mobility and maintain independence.

What? Learn from our history to prepare for the future.
