You may either report through the Department of Ecology website here: https://ecology.wa.gov/footer-pages/report-an-environmental-issue/statewide-reporting-form-erts or by calling 1-800-OILS-911 or City of DuPont after hours at 253-912-5389. The sooner Ecology knows about an incident, the quicker we can act to reduce damages to our environment and protect sensitive natural resources. Be prepared to report location and details about what you have observed.
